If you order by telephone or post, we will aim to process your order and payment the working day on which it is received or, failing

If, for any reason, we are unable to process your payment, we will contact you as soon as possible using the contact details you have
provided us with in order to resolve the problem.
For digitally delivered products, you will be sent instructions on how to access the product as soon as your order and payment have
been processed (please allow up to an hour). If you do not receive access instructions within four hours of order and payment
confirmation, please contact us immediately using the contact methods on the ‘Contact Us’ page of this website.
Unless otherwise stated in the product description, we aim to despatch physically delivered products the same working day that the
order and payment are processed or, failing that, the following working day. The delivery method will depend on the product but will
typically be Royal Mail First Class Post or equivalent. You should allow up to seven working days following order and payment
confirmation for receipt of the product. Note that the product may need to be signed for to confirm receipt. If you do not receive
the product in this period, please contact us immediately using the contact methods on the ‘Contact Us’ page of this website.

begins when the product (or the first instalment of a product delivered in instalments) is delivered to the delivery address you
specified when ordering.
If, during the 30-day review period, you decide the product is not for you, inform us by writing or emailing us within the 30 days
using the contact details on the 'Contact Us' page of this website.
In the case of a physical product, you will also need, at your own cost, to return the product to us at the postal address on
the 'Contact Us' page of this website within the 30 days. It is your responsibility to ensure the safe return of the product to us
and we recommend you use a tracked and insured service to do so.
Upon receipt of your email or letter and, in the case of a physical product, the receipt of the returned product, we will issue you
with a full and prompt refund of the purchase price of the product. We aim to process all refund payments within one to two working
How the refund is processed will depend on your original method of payment. If you paid by cheque, the refund will also be by cheque.
If you paid by debit or credit card, we will attempt to refund payment to the same card. If, for whatever reason, we are unable to
